Received the next day of ordering it. Super fast! I can't say how effective yet, will revisit that later, but so far impressed, came undamaged, all parts working. Customer support was great too. All my questions were answered almost immediately.

I ordered this to treat my skin and my self after a hard work day. Do some Nano treatment and then my favorite face sheet mask. When I start using it I was not sure if it do any thing to my skin it is not painful at all so I contacted the customer service and I request a return. And they were so sweet and understanding and send my the information that I need. They offer me to keep using it and see if any thing change so I did, I Nano then I put my Vitamin A serum and then I was shocked from the results, my skin looked amazing and the serum gets more effective than before. So I changed my mind and I will never stop using this amazing cutie device.

Great starter kit for more youthful skin. Follow the instructions exactly. I wash my face beforehand and wait a good 30 minutes after application before applying anything else. Very pleased so far.

I tried this for a dense period of two days and my skin has resurfaced with younger and fresher dermal layer. Literally, so much has faded away with the use of this product, and it gives you step by step instructions in order to use the products properly.
