How it works
- Rebate will be issued as a refund to your original order after 30-days (when the coupon expires).
- If coupon is redeemed one time (during the 30-day period), a 50% refund will be issued based on the original order.
- If coupon is redeemed two times (during the 30-day period), a 75% refund will be issued based on the original order.
- If coupon is redeemed three times (during the 30-day period), a 100% refund will be issued based on the original order.
- Referral coupon is 20% off on any NanoPen Kit or NanoShell Kit.
- Referral coupon is valid for 30 days.
- Referral coupon can be redeemed a maximum of 3 times.
- Each individual customer can only redeem the coupon once.
- Maximum rebate amount is $250 per order.
